Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-7 days to process your order. Expect an email with tracking to let you know your order is on its way.

If products are “Made to order the processing time can take anywhere from 3-20 days. The item will say in the description if it is made to order.

Store Pickup

If you have selected store pickup (which is my home address) You will receive an email or text message that your order is ready to be picked up. All details can be sorted out once your order is complete, I am pretty flexible with pickup times etc.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Currently all my products are quite light and small. These prices may be subject to change due to sizing and weight of products.

Flat Rate Shipping $8.50 - Normally 3-7 days depending on location

Express Shipping $14.00- Normally 1-4 days depending on location

We currently offer free delivery for Australian customers only for orders over $130 AUD

International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Canada & United States of America

Shipping Prices: for both countries:

250g: $21.75 AUD

500g: $28.25 AUD

1kg: 41.15 AUD

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bonnie and Hyde is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In the event your item arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bonnieandhyde@outlook.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
